Gecko Matte & Wrap Wax has been specially developed for matte paintwork and wraps. Matte paint and wraps require a different approach than glossy paint. Ordinary car wax can cause unwanted shine or leave stains. This wax protects the surface without altering the matte or satin appearance. The formula lays an invisible protective layer over the paint or film. As a result, the surface becomes more resistant to rain, dirt, UV radiation, and light external soiling. Water beads off faster and dirt adheres less quickly, keeping your car clean longer and making it easier to maintain. Gecko Matte & Wrap Wax is safe to use on matte paint and wraps. The product leaves no shine and does not affect the original structure of the surface. After treatment, the paint feels smoother, while the matte look is fully preserved. The wax is easy to apply and buff out without streaks or stains. This way, you keep your matte car in top condition, with the right protection and without compromising on appearance. Instructions for use: Do not use the product in direct sunlight and ensure the surface is cool. Preparation: Wash the car thoroughly with Gecko Matte car shampoo and rinse well. Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry. Application: Apply a small amount of wax to a soft foam applicator or detail towel. Distribution: Work thinly and evenly in straight strokes, panel by panel. Do not apply pressure. Buffing: Wipe the surface with a clean, soft microfiber cloth (item no. 687881 or 687853) until it is smooth and spot-free. Professional tip: Always apply the wax thinly to a clean and dry surface. Work panel by panel and use a soft microfiber cloth to gently buff the product in. This prevents streaks and keeps the matte finish perfectly even.
